I have been learning guitar from Sarat Sir for two years (as of December 2023). My desire to learn guitar originated not from aspirations of becoming a music director but rather to play some of my favorite Telugu and Hindi tunes as a hobbyist. I also wanted someone as a teacher, who was already sensitized to the demanding work schedules in the IT industry. 

During my first meeting with Sarat sir, he had set the expectations candidly about the kind of students that he wants to enroll in his classes, our thought processes aligned from day 1 and thus my musical journey started. 

A quirky touch to my musical journey was the creation and maintenance of a Google sheet—a shared document, which has my favorite Telugu songs. Sarat Sir ingeniously wove these into our guitar lessons, using them as examples to illustrate various concepts. It was a personalized journey, a testament to his knack for tailoring lessons to align with my musical tastes while ensuring a rock-solid foundation.

The entire coursework is broadly divided into three parts: Introductory, Intermediate, and Advanced. Each of these parts consists of multiple modules. It struck the perfect chord between structured learning and creative exploration. His ability to break down complex techniques into manageable steps has accelerated my progress and made learning guitar an enjoyable journey.

Sarat Sir’s unwavering support, combined with a wealth of knowledge, has transformed my playing and my music appreciation. So much so, that I have ventured into content creation, launching my own YouTube channel where I proudly showcase videos of the songs I have learned.

So choosing Sarat Sir as my guitar teacher was one of the best decisions I made at the start of my musical journey. A heartfelt thank you, Sir, for orchestrating a transformative experience!

I have been learning Guitar from Sarat for the last 2 years , it has been a life changing experience and bringing my dream come true , giving me the confidence and teaching the skills to play Songs. He has been really helpful in understanding where I am, where I get stuck and finds his own way to teach which enables me to understand easily.

He has very good course material made by himself, very practical , easy to understand and very organized . With the help of the material and his teaching I am able to play Guitar , understand the Music theory , Vocals and able to play my favorite songs and having fun.
